This policy explains how Nava Jyothi Group (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.navavruksha.com (the “website”) or send us an enquiry. By using the website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your details.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, e-mail address (if you provide it), the apartment type you are interested in and any other details you choose to share. We also record your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the website we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the website or advertisement that brought you here (for example campaign tags and ad-click identifiers) and similar technical information. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 5).
2. How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry and share project details, prices, offers and availability;
- to arrange and confirm site visits and follow up on your interest;
- to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail, as you agreed when submitting the form;
- to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it;
- to measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant advertisements;
- to keep the website secure, prevent misuse and spam, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry or accept cookies, and where otherwise permitted by applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8); this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- our sales team and our strategic partner Relevate Realty, who help us respond to enquiries and run our marketing;
- service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer-relationship (CRM) software and messaging tools;
- analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, to measure and improve our advertising. Where contact details are used for this, they are sent in an encrypted (hashed) form;
- authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
These parties may only use your information for the purposes described here. Some of them may store or process data outside India, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies that the website needs to work, and, only if you allow them, analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel). You can accept or decline these through the cookie banner, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website still works if you decline.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on your interest, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect your information
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiry data is limited to authorised people, protected by passwords and two-step verification, and logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it;
- stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, as permitted by law.

9. Grievances
If you have a concern or complaint about how your personal data is handled, please contact us at sales@navavruksha.com. We will acknowledge it and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you under the law.
10. Children
The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
11. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites and services, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
